Our Home, Our Voice needed a coordinated coalition strategy to unify stakeholders, clarify messaging, and expand public engagement to protect local control.

How We Got There

MRG established a regular meeting schedule, mapped out key deadlines and timelines. Our team developed the coalition’s name and mission, created a comprehensive Messaging and Branding Kit, and identified and activated key stakeholders including coalition members, legislators, constituents, and grassroots leaders.

MRG built and managed the coalitions website and social media presence, developed a coordinated earned and owned media strategy and executed both digital and traditional advocacy campaigns. We produced clear effective communication tools such as newsletters, social media posts, and educational materials. 

These actions allowed for positive stories to be shared with the public and community, for the public to see the effect of their support, and to inform and engage the supporter base. Through regular newsletters, strategic use of social media, and educationally based content, Our Home, Our Voice enhanced its message and increased outreach to protect local control.
